Reset master password
Your vault stays intact — nothing is re-encrypted.
A reset link is issued by an administrator.
Master passwords are never stored anywhere — not even in an encrypted form the server could open — so no automatic email can reset one. Ask an administrator to issue a reset for your account. They will send you a link and, through a different channel (phone or in person), a one-time recovery code. You need both.
